Reviews & Testimonials

In their own words.

Everything below is quoted from clients directly - from written responses they gave after the work ended, in some cases more than eighteen months after.

OverwhelmingSustainable
She helped me turn the spotlight back on my own choices and reminded me that I have far more agency than I realised. Within the year we worked together I had a banner year professionally, while also creating a much healthier sense of balance. When we started, my life felt overwhelming and unmanageable. Now it feels achievable, intentional, and far more sustainable.THANK YOU — THANK YOU — THANK YOU!

It gave me a lot more awareness of the power of thoughts, and made me realise we all have similar struggles. Well suited for senior management teams looking for someone to help them navigate growing businesses.

I was running my family business, trying to take over from my father, and I just couldn't make decisions. I would sit on them for weeks because I was scared. Claudia taught me how to think and how to keep moving forward. She's given me the space to be me — to admit what I am good at and what I am not so good at.

ParanoiaStrong
I often remind myself of facts, thoughts and narrative. It is not to say I never get stressed, but I now have better mental and emotional resilience. Before working with Claudia I was overcome with paranoia. Now I am strong. Claudia has helped me through the most difficult periods in my life, and I have been promoted, changed jobs and improved my mental resilience as a consequence.

I had never been a leader before, and suddenly I was managing people and trying to meet goals I didn't even know how to set. I learnt to question my own thinking and separate fact from fiction and the story I tell myself. Many of Claudia's lessons I still carry every day.

TentativeIntentional
I had reached a point where the demands of my role were changing. I was navigating a broader range of leadership and stakeholder challenges, and I realised that technical competence and experience alone were no longer enough. One important realisation was that confidence does not mean always having the answer. Claudia helped me recognise and work through the imposter syndrome that often caused me to second-guess myself. I trust my judgement more, ask better questions, and remain composed even when the way forward is not immediately clear.

I reached out at a time I was recovering from a tough job environment, starting a new role, trying to prepare and figure out my place in the new role. I wanted to feel confident and ready to shape my role as opposed to allowing it to shape me, which felt more like what had happened with my prior role.Claudia is for you if you are going through a transition, need clarity during times of uncertainty or struggle, as she will help address self-imposed barriers or hindering weaknesses and blind spots.Thank you Claudia, a hundred times over, for your support and for taking the leap of faith to share your wisdom and skills with the rest of us!

For a long time in my career as a real estate asset manager climbing through the ranks, I took a lot of pride in navigating increasingly complex business situations successfully. Each new achievement granted me more responsibility and more seniority, pay and visibility. The firm had experienced significant growth in the back half of my eight-year tenure there. I felt that the company had grown beyond a point that was appealing for me as matters within the firm became more political. The 'start-uppy' nature of the company had faded away.I felt like I was at a juncture, and I wanted more clarity and guidance on making the decision to leave my job. Also, I wanted some framework to better manage the stresses I experienced at my job. I had frequently brought home my work stresses and other baggage, and I was not happy with the status quo. With the coaching sessions, I was able to cleanly evaluate if that system still worked for me — and specifically, if that system at my current employer, with all of the personalities and politics, still worked for me.Claudia was able to quickly gain my confidence and trust, and I am a type 6 loyalist on the enneagram, so not to be taken for granted! The conversations yielded a lot of substance that quickly resonated with me. She is efficient but tactful in asking probing questions, which can feel piercing at times. Her approach is grounded in a lot of different angles — physiology, psychology, human development, and even personal narratives — and that makes the questions and thought-exercises feel purposeful and intentional. The positive changes coming out of the sessions didn't happen because I listened to Claudia for an hour each week; they happened because those one-hour sessions prompted a lot of independent self-reflection that happened between sessions. Be ready to create space and time to do so.
